What makes these docs different from the rest of the market

Almost no tool in this space explains its own scoring. You get a number and a brand. Three things here are deliberate, and each has a page behind it.

If you only read one page

Read the safety stack. It is the part of the product closest to a fact rather than a judgement, and it answers the only question that comes before all the others: can you get your money back out?
