Reading an alert

Every CryptoFilter alert is a full briefing, not a one-liner. This page walks through each section so you can read one in five seconds and know exactly what you're looking at.

There are two card types — Launch (a new token, vetted) and Pulse (a live token, momentum). They share a layout.

Anatomy of a Launch alert

The header — read this first

🥇 GOLD: $AURA · 82/100 · ⚡ DEGEN · ✅ DS-Paid

• Tier emoji + name — 🥇 GOLD / 🥈 SILVER / 🥉 MONITOR. The conviction tier (see Conviction scores).
• Score — the 0–100 conviction number.
• Trade label — a separate risk read: MOONSHOT, HOT, ⚡ DEGEN, GAMBLE, or 🚨 RUG_RISK. RUG_RISK means unsellable — do not buy.
• DS-Paid — the team paid for a DexScreener profile. Small signal of commitment, not a guarantee.

🧠 THE STORY / 👥 WHO / 🔎 EVIDENCE

The analyst brief. THE STORY is what the token claims to be and why it's getting attention. WHO names who's actually behind the noise — distinguishing the project's own account and genuine KOLs from sub-1k "calls/signals" bots. EVIDENCE says whether a real product, GitHub or site backs the claims, or whether the engagement is manufactured.

📣 The hype line

The credible accounts talking about it, by follower tier, with paid-signal bots filtered out. The second line reads the coordination: ✅ organic, ⚠️ coordinated promo, tweet velocity, and what share of authors have real reach. Coordinated promo from tiny accounts = manufactured hype.

🔬 SAFETY — the line that saves you money

• Round-trip % — a live buy→sell simulation. This answers the only question that matters first: can you actually sell? A high or failed round-trip = honeypot/tax trap.
• Owner renounced / Verified — ownership and source-verification status.
• Liquidity — how much is pooled, and whether it's locked.
• 🚨 Ticker collision — how many other tokens share this ticker. Always verify the contract address (CA).

💰 MARKET & 🏗 deployer

Market cap, liquidity, holders, and the deployer's track record — prior launches, prior rugs, prior winners. A deployer with 3 past rugs is a different bet than a clean one.

Anatomy of a Pulse alert

Pulse fires on a token already trading when momentum genuinely ignites. The header shows a momentum tier (HIGH / MEDIUM) and a ⚡ MOMENTUM badge. The key section is WHY IT FIRED:

• Volume surge — how far above the token's own baseline volume just spiked.
• Buy/sell ratio — buy pressure. 3:1 means three times more buying than selling.
• Holder velocity — wallets piling in faster than price moves = accumulation, the leading signal.
• Not a one-candle spike — Pulse confirms momentum is sustained, not a single wick.

Pulse still runs the same safety check — if you can't sell it, it tells you.

A CryptoFilter alert is a starting point for your own decision, not a buy signal. It does the homework; you make the call. Read the SAFETY line every single time.
